All Services are provided in-person and require prior booking through our website. We offer shipping for our Products solely within the United States.

5. Account Registration and Management

     To access certain features of our website, including booking services, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Holistica Skincare immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Pricing and Payments

     Prices for our Products and Services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.

7. Deposits

     For services requiring a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to the service charge at the time of service. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, fail to show up, or exceed the rescheduling limit of three times, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are only refunded if the Client complies with the cancellation policy or if Holistica Skincare must cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Cancellation Policy

     Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the client's deposit will be forfeited. Clients may reschedule an appointment up to three times. Upon the fourth rescheduling request, the client will be required to pay a new deposit and the previous deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations must be made via the method outlined on our website or via contacting customer service directly.

9. Refund Policy

     All sales of products on www.holisticaskincare.studio are considered final and Holistica Skincare does not offer refunds on products. Service deposits are non-refundable except in circumstances where Holistica Skincare must cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or the client complies with the cancellation policy stated above. In such cases, a full refund of the deposit will be issued to the client's original payment method.

10. Rescheduling Policy

     Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to three times. If a client attempts to reschedule the same appointment more than three times, they will be required to make a new booking and pay a new deposit. This policy is in place to ensure efficient management of bookings and to respect the time of our service providers.

11. Service Requirements

     To receive any treatments or services at Holistica Skincare, clients must sign all required waivers and consent forms. These documents are crucial for ensuring that clients are fully informed about the nature of the services they will receive and any risks involved. If a client refuses to sign these documents, their appointment will be canceled, and their deposit will be refunded.

     Holistica Skincare ships products only within the United States. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary by location but typically take 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination. Clients will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped to monitor the status of their delivery.
