Cancellation Policy

1. Please contact us DIRECTLY at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to appointment will result in loss of deposit.

2. Clients may reschedule an appointment up to three times. Upon the fourth rescheduling request, the client will be required to pay a new deposit and the previous deposit will be forfeited.
